White with the downhill upset
During the Olympics Shaun White was the front runner on winning the Men's half pipe in the Olympics. He has had such good luck in the past with his stunning performances in the Olympics winning multiple awards. Everyone had no doubts that Shaun White would win three straight medals yet again. Unfortunately for Shaun he had such a good run at the beginning and got so much elevation compared to everyone else that he couldn't land the trick properly due to the airtime which really put him down in the standings. One competitor named IPOD was killing it out on the slopes. IPOD preformed the Yolo trick that set the two apart big time. Shaun White ended up not even taking home a bronze medal which was a major upset to him and to the United States.
