In the  article "The Gangster in the Huddle" the article talks about Aaron Hernandez and his life on and off the field.  Aaron grew up in Bristol and made some very poor choices.  He was never timid about getting in a fight or doing illegal drugs such as weed, crack, or trying angel dust.  Hernandez and his poor choice of friends would do crazy things in high school and college getting into outrageous street fights especially when it matter most to Aaron's reputation in football and going to college. Hernandez was so big and so strong that coaches would do anything to keep Hernandez in trouble due to his incredible athleticism.  All his coaches would keep him under their belt to ensure he would get suspended for his illegal actions by keeping low profile.  For example in Hernandez's sophomore year in Florida he missed the season opener.  Why? Probably for doing illegal drugs that college regulations don't allow.  But the college coach kept quite so he could keep playing.  That season Hernandez kept breaking records and became all american in 2008 when he should have been on the bench half the season.  Hernandez should throughout college that he is an incredible athlete and would now be a first round draft pick in the NFL draft.  Unfortunately for Aaron he ended up getting in a shooting out side a bar where multiple people were murdered that Hernandez was apart of. This forced a lot of the NFL coaches to lose interest in the big tight end. Hernandez was then dropped to the 6th round and was the picked up by multiple super bowl head coach Bill Belichick.  Belichick is know for drafting poor attitude players because of New England's incredible coaching staff. That year that the patriots signed Hernandez him and gronk combined for unreal numbers that no tight ends will probably ever break.  His first year he got invited to the pro bowl proving he was meant to be there.  Before is one year minimum contract was over Belichick signed him to a 5yr 40million dollar deal.  Unfortunately Hernandez got injured the next year which kind of put the patriots in a  hole.  And now currently in June he got in shooting who supposedly murdered Oden Lloyd with plenty of proof segregating him and the patriots and ending his short NFL career.
